How long has it been since you stopped using analogs? Sounds to me like you tase buds and sense of smell are changing. I saw on here a post by someone else that said you should try switching to some mint or menthol flavours for a bit to see if that helps.

I would agree with Tinkiegrrl, it must have been a bad run of coils.

I have both and really don't notice much difference either. The main reason I went to the Double coil was for the larger tank (Iclear X.I.) to hold more juice.
