    Sorry, my fault. I've been out of the game for a while and am not familiar with the wattages of most devices these days. Yeah, so at 20-40W I would go 4 or 5 wrap. How much space is on that build deck? You may want to step down to 2.5mm mandrel.

    I don't know very much about claptons but with only 50W at your disposal, I would go with a single coil, 5 wraps, on a 3mm mandrel and see how you like it. That's where I would start at least. Good luck!
