And it could be the height of the button. The button and area around it, look slight shorter on the 18650 Orbtronic than on the 18500 Efest and the 18350 MXJO.

I've used button tops in the Radius and then switched back to flats without any problems. It's a tight fit, however. Buttons work fine in the P3 too.
