I got my new Hcigar VT75 nano and put a new build in my Ammit RTA. Single wire 316L SS, 6 wraps (spaced) at .38 ohms. After setting up my nano correctly in TC mode it has been working flawlessly as I had hoped. I'm set at 75watt ramp-up and vaping at 460° and it has been nice and stable for...
I do also use and build my own single coils quite well, but it's interesting that I have 2 identical setups; 2 Cuboids (same settings on both), 2 Ammit RTA's with identical coils and both using about a 60/40 VG/PG juice. One is vaping just right at 330° and the other one just right at 450°.
I am using 26/30 Clapton SS no space with a resistance of around .35 to .40. I'll try the same build but will space it out.
Also, I did order an HCigar VT75 Nano with the DNA 75 and a couple LG 20A 18650's (3000mAh) which should be here tomorrow. I'm hoping this will work better for me.
I have 2 Cuboid Mini's and each has an Ammit with a clapton coil (26/30) at about .35 ohms each. With a full tank I can adjust the temperature to a warm vape (40w) around 400-450. As the liquid is used up I have to continually increase the temperature to maintain the same warm vape. Once I...
I have the Xtar 2 and it used to take 7-8 hours to charge my AW IMR 18650 batteries in my old Trustfire-001 now takes approximately 2 hours on the 1000mah (1 amp) setting. Excellent charger!
First - Congrats on your purchase. You have made a good decision and will not be disappointed. If you have any questions at all don't hesitate to ask - that's why we all come here!
To answer your last question, yes. Every couple of weeks I use a microfiber cloth and thoroughly wipe down my...
Glad to hear that you got things worked out Trapper1. From what I've read so far it seems that it was the dry cartos (not filled enough) that was the problem. One last thing to let you know is that once any carto has been burnt like that and has any burnt flavor, it's no longer any good. No...
I use the AW IMR 2000 ohm 18650 batteries on my Provari and I use Boge 3.0 ohm cartos at 4.8 to 5.0 volts in my tank. All my juices are 50/50 PG/VG and I go through about 5 to 6 ml's per day, so I consider myself a moderate to heavy vaper. I vape all day long everywhere I go (I'm retired) and...
Great story and glad it turned out well. I've read a few stories about Provari's getting dunked in various liquids and Provape was quick to help those people out with a simple fix. Just get some isopropyl alcohol (90% or better) and fill the Provari with it and slosh it around. Then dump it...
I've been using my trusty old Trustfire TR-001 for charging all my batteries (14500's and 18650's) since I started mod vaping more than 2 years ago and it has never let me down. With my AW IMR 2000 mah 18650's it's been taking an average of 7-8 hours to recharge them with my TR-001 which runs...
Ok Frick. I thought that your explanation was incredibly accurate and very informative, but I have to admit that my head is still spinning. I must be getting old.
To my knowledge Provape has never had any discount codes and I'm only guessing that there is a place to enter one 'just in case'. Because their sales are so good I don't foresee them reducing prices any time soon.
Either way, any model of Provari is money well spent!
I have seen only a post or two about both those issues (screws & pc mount) but I don't consider them an issue at all. If you are hard on your Provari then perhaps your concern may be warranted.
