When this happens to me I take out the coil, wipe it a bit wit paper towel, then blow through it. Caution: it can get messy so hold the coil in some paper towel as you blow. Gurgle will be gone.

I just dropped my vaporshark with new atlantis sitting on top. It now reads check atomizer. I've tried changing the coils with no luck. The VS still works fine with other tanks. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! !!
