I'm a MTL vaper. IMO it's the closest to how I smoked. And it cuts down on the cough and harshness quite a bit. If you watch Phil Busardo's earlier videos, you can see him tilt his head slightly and count to himself for three seconds before inhaling. Perfect demonstration of the MTL technique.

Here in NC, I'm paying 5.33 per pack of heat sticks.20 per pack. So about the same as a pack of cigarettes. The only real downside that I've noticed to these, is that the butts themselves stink like a bad cigar.
