What has Sub Ohm Innovations said about it? Perhaps you got a dud. Im assuming you contacted them before making the post? At least thats what I always do, I just hope someone comes up with a solution before the maker responds. But looks like no help here since I think most of them work fine...

I have to humbly disagree with this. This was once mostly true but I dont think so anymore. Many pipes are 18500 and some even 18650 or 26650. Pretty much most of the makers are using flush 510 connectors these days unlike the ego connections of the past. True, most are not meant to be sub ohmed...

I think they dont add any protection beyond what the DNA30 board provides, which is no reverse battery protection. I know Mike of ZEN added his own protections beyond the board at the battery level by not allowing a connection from a reverse battery. I think that is the only DNA maker that does...
