Normally 3 blinks is an indication of a short in t Ceehe coil. The coil is in your tank where the liquid is. First see if any liquid leaked in the battery end. If not try another tank if you have one. And give it a good charge. But I think you got a short, it happens

I would need a ladder to vape off that. But might be a great challenge

I had that happen also....Just added a little bit more cotton to one side of the coil and no issues after that
