Eh. You could make a 1 ohm coilwith too big wire and too many wraps and it would take forever to ramp up at those volts so you really wouldn't be getting a good hit. It's all about the balance. Lower ohm doesn't necessarily mean harder hitting. A lot more involved than just resistance.
