What equipment are you using? If you're using variable voltage/wattage, what settings are you using? What resistance are you using? What flavor is the new liquid? What is the PG/VG level of the new liquid? What is the strength of the new liquid? You haven't provided enough information for much...

You should not refrigerate or freeze flavored, mixed niquid. Condensation, air, and light are the enemies of niquid.
