So I ran into an old friend today

Update! I literally bought the last one they had. Shipping cost almost as much as the mod. My first mod was an iStick 30 (remember when that was plenty of power? :D ) and I've always liked their style and quality. It fell out of my pocket and I've missed it ever since. Glad to have a new and...

So I ran into an old friend today

It me! My ancient account still works. Still vaping, just not doing the "vape community" thing. The current "emergency mod" is a SMOK X-Cube Mini that was the cheapest one at the local B&M. Big and ugly, but it moves electrons.

    Newbie couple needs guidance

A fellow gopher, so I can give some local (if you're living in the Cities) advice. I decided to quit smoking in April. I looked at gear online and got thoroughly confused. So I decided to buy stuff from a real local vape shop. I checked out Yelp review (yeah, I know, Yelp--take it with a...

    Anyone tried ITCVapes?

I'm really liking a mix of Dirty Dutchmen (too harsh on its own) with Dr Crimmy's Crimmycake (strawberry) (too sweet on its own).

    Anyone tried ITCVapes?

Just tried out some ITC Dirty Dutchman. I didn't like it much . . . not because it was bad, but because it was too good at tasting like pipe tobacco. I thought it would be the standard creamy, but with some pipe "notes". Nope--just like a pipe. They did a really good job making a flavor I...

Does using a sub-ohm tank at low wattage damage it or the mod?

Is this something that good cleaning can prevent or cure?

    Yet another noob

Looking back, I smoked for 32 years--two packs a day for most of it. And quitting by vaping was just so painless. Sure, there have been times when a smoke was attractive, but I wasn't climbing the walls looking for one. I wish I had jumped on the vaping bandwagon sooner.

Does using a sub-ohm tank at low wattage damage it or the mod?

I just got a Delta II tank as an entree to sub ohming after a disastrous adventure with a MELO. Strangely enough, though, while blowing an occasional cloud at 30 watts is fun, I find I also like running it with the air flow pretty restricted on the tank and at 14-16 watts on the regulated mod...

Just moved to Minneapolis, MN from St. Paul. The move was the big trigger to quit smoking.

    Yet another noob

I'm using an iStick 30W for the mod. Tanks: Nautilus (love it), Delta II (love it), ProTank 2 (meh), MELO (hate it). I have a friend who says he'll teach me the art of coil building and give me a couple old rebuildables to work with.
