I liked Dirty Dutchman as soon as I got it. The other favorite so far is Black N Blue Cheesecake. Wintermint is also a good alternative. The only two that I am not impressed with are Samoan & Heaven's Bounty. Maybe after aging I will taste something.
I'm really liking a mix of Dirty Dutchmen (too harsh on its own) with Dr Crimmy's Crimmycake (strawberry) (too sweet on its own).

From the 3 mentioned I've only tasted Nicoticket. Solid juices. Bogo code is one time only use and the liquids around 2.5 more expensive than ITCV for same quantity. Steam juice is twice more even with the discount code and Casey Jones site is shut down today so couldn't see their prices.
Unfortunately I don't see in your return "there are many companies out there with better flavors at comparable prices"...

Yes, Influence, people who are used to spending more will often recommend that you should also spend more. Casey Jones is the closest to "comparable price" among Ardy's recommendations, but they're +$3 for 30mL, and +$8 for 120mL. I haven't tried them, though, since I think the properly-steeped ITC juices are quite delicious.
Here's some good flavor at a truly comparable price - MadTown Vapor. I found them tasty, but light; one flavor shot will be in my next order. The tiny upcharge is compensated with free shipping and a freebie 15mL with any order over $8. I'll be re-ordering their Alota Horchata Mild, Bread Pudding, and Lemon Meringue Pie, and they have lots of other interesting flavors I want to try.
Another price contender is Ohm's Vapes. I'm steeping my first order now, so I'll have to let you know my tasting impressions later. They smell good, and ship fast, with free shipping for orders over $25.
Then there's Vape Wild. They may be the most fun vendor out there. Lots of thoughtfully-selected freebies with decent-sized orders, lots of contests, and a huge flavor selection. I didn't love everything from them, but I got to try a great many for little money. Their On Cloud Custard and Tiramisu flavors are super. I really want to try their new King Cake flavor too.

I recently bought 3 120ml bottles from Casey Jones for 71.37 or $23.79 per bottle. Nothing wrong with ITC I tried about ten flavors and liked 2, but as we all know taste is subjective.
Ohms vapes has similar competitive prices. Cant go as far as saying that theyre better as the juice is still aging. Got 90mls (6 10mls and 1 30ml) for 26 bucks. Free shipping and got an extra 30mls free since i had to wait a few days for the order to ship (they were relocating). Their max vg is not as thick as itc vapes but produces just as much vapor. Only 2 of the flavors were ready to vape on arrival, vs the 1 from itc vapes on arrival. Thats about all i can say about that.
