My experiment this week was to poke a pinhole through the cotton from one wicking hole through the other (careful not to push any of the coil rings out of place). Saw a video or two last night that this can help the coil head wick better and reduce the chance of dry hits, extending the life of...
Ah! That makes sense.
As for charging instructions, unfortunately, the little book in extra tiny print only covers installing the batteries, not charging them. I even checked to see what I could find on SMOKTech's website and came up dry there too. I'm glad I had this place to turn to for the...
I just bought the SMOK T-Priv. I absolutely love it. This is only my 2nd vape that has removable batteries, and the 1st that didn't come with batteries. When the gal was ringing up my batteries, she asked if I wanted a charger because the Li-Ion batteries "really should be quick charged instead...
I have dabbled with vaping for the past three years or so. But now, it looks like I have finally turned the corner away from my 1 ppd habit with the Smok Stick V8 and Baby Beast tank with .25 quad coil. It took me about a week to retrain my draw so I wouldn't choke to death, but I am so glad I...
It's probably not advised to do what my guy did, but I don't think I'd call it a "dry" burn since the wick was still saturated with juice. He only burned the coils for a few seconds at a time while blowing on them, and no more than 3 or 4 times. There was a little flavor crossover for a little...
When you go from no vaping equipment to 2 set ups and a 3rd tank in a week.
And then you're thinking about all the other flavors you want, which only leads to rationalizing why you need to buy more tanks.
Mine is from my local shop (Creative Vapor OKC) as well. I was on a caramel kick for the longest time, but this was good enough to pull me away. A little sweet with the pomegranate tang in the finish. Awesome stuff.
Ah! That's a good idea. I bought some caramel flavored juice at a new-to-me shop and it was awful! I tested it at the store and was unsyre of it, but i convinced mysrlf it was just different from what i had before. Wrong! It was gross. Unfortunately, I'd filled my Kanger sub-tank Nano with the...
Oh, yes. Most definitely, I feel much better than I did when I was smoking. I'm not getting that work-out burn in my legs climbing a flight of stairs. I'm sleeping better. I think I'm in a better overall mood. It's definitely better on this side of the fence.
Nice! I got the same setup! Not too sure how I feel about the sub-ohm coils yet, but figuring it out. I did pick up the Kanger EMOW tank yesterday though and I'm using it on the eLeaf with the adapter. I'm really digging that. Congratulations on the 8 weeks!
I'm a 20+ year, 1 PAD smoker. Make that, FORMER 1PAD smoker. I picked up vaping last year just about this time. I didn't have much to invest in getting started and the cheap digital I was using leaked and we're just a general nuisance, and the shop nearest to me had awful flavors, so I went...
I was a dual user for about a week, but I've since quit the analogs. What you said about smoking being a chore really resonated with me. There was just no fun in ot anymore. Itwas definitely a factor in my decision to switch over.
Thank you for responding. That makes sense. The Mega came with the mini USB cable only, no outlet thingy. The 1st time I used it, I plugged it in to my computer at work. I didn't notice any warmth then, but I also wasn't using the pass-through feature at my desk. One of the two outlet adapters...
Well, I seem to have (hopefully) answered my own question. My husband has returned my charging cable and the base of my pass-through battery still gets hot to the touch. It hasn't caught fire or blown up, so I'm going to assume I'm okay.
