That goes along with my theory that the silicone is sealing off the juice chamber too completely and not allowing air exchange. I'm going to try it like you have it with the fill cap just resting on the cup. Thanks night!!!

Mine wasn't near as bad as joker's!! I was only doing 45 and there was no traffic and it wasn't my Buzz :lol: I talk alot with my hands and it slipped and went flying right out the window. Worst part was finding it in the dark.

Any way to do the 10440s side by side instead of end to end to make it even more compact? End to end will make it as long as if not longer than the Buzz. Just thinking outloud :)
