There is a report on the BBC News website, today and covered in a number of the national newspapers suggesting that the UK is almost at the verge of e-cigarettes being prescribed on the NHS. This follows the UK Medicines Regulator approving a brand of e-cigarette, the e-voke to be marketed as a...
A Happy Christmas to you too, trucker. The problem was as you first said, the pin... it was missing. How it fell out I will never know coz the rubber ring was a nightmare to get back in. Couldn't have done it without the help from you guys. Thanks again. :)
I could have sworn that I'd...
Thanks trucker, The same to you and yours.
Turns out exactly what you said it was. The pin was missing. All fixed now though and vaping like a happy vaper!!!!
Believe it or not, I found the little blighter! I tried putting it back in but it kept on going crooked so I took off the rubber ring that holds it in place and lost the rubber ring trying to get that back into the base! lol I think that is lost for good. I did though, get the pin from an old...
Thanks ckquatt, I missed that picture but kind of got the idea that I was actually missing something from thetruckers contribution. Well, it just goes to prove, you should get to know your gear inside and out before getting all hot under the collar. Now, I need to find an embarrassed emoji lol...
Thanks for responding, thetrucker. I'm not completely sure what it is I'm looking for. The base of the tank, where I screw the atomiser in to has a hole all the way through. Are you saying there should be a pin in that? I must admit I've never looked before and wonder if something has come...
No, I don't but I thought that's what the ohms/amp meter did.... don't tell me that's another bit of gear I'm going to have to buy lol
I think it's the coils...... but interesting that you said the base of the tank. What could have gone wrong with that and is it something I can fix?
HaHa, I don't believe I sat and watched that, it doesn't help me. But, that guy really knows how to sell a product, made me want to cry coz I can't use mine!:(
Thanks Robert. Yes, I am aware of that.... I was actually checking to see if there was a problem with the atomisers rather than what the ohms were. Cheers anyway.
Hi all,
I've been happily enjoying my Mini Nautilus and getting some really satisfying vapes from it. I changed the atty last night and when I tried to use it, my istick 30w said 'no atomiser'. I thought it might have been a dud so I took another fresh one out of the pack and the same again...
Hi rizwan-moosa, welcome to ecf. I'm a 43 year smoker and a relatively new vaper, and almost completely off the analog smokes. Good luck and know that you've found the right place for support.
Welcome to ecf, definitely the best place for great advice from the people here. I'm a new newbie in both vaping and membership of this forum so have limited experience to offer. I'm learning all the time though. Good luck on your builds.
Welcome to ecf, AJ. You've definitely come to the right place for help and support on any subject 'vaping'. The people here are extremely and genuinely helpful. Happy days. :)
Thanks WattWick and DoubleEwe. I now have a dozen pages open on vaping.... hmmm that never happened with analog  I've had to create a favourites folder coz I'd hate to lose, what so far have been brilliant resources.
Thanks Susan-S and mhertz :thumb:
I'm still amazed at the helpfulness of the members here. Really, it's such a nice change to come across a forum that is genuinely civilised and helpful. :)
