@englishmick - when young I worked in Preston Lancashire, Wakefield Yorkshire and Evesham Worcester and I've often heard " Why aye" used a greeting, meaning something like 'How's it going?' or 'What's new?"

    Tank Recommendation?

A few things rang bells with me, when I read their description of the Nautilus Mini - it was a cut and paste from a review or press notice which came out when the Mini was launched - and I bought my first one in 2015 - yet the description made it sound as if it were brand new. Your post about...

As we say in Scotland - 'There's aye yin" - he's the one who ends up standing at the end of the bar with some 6 feet between him and the rest of the company. We say the word 'aye' differently depending what we we mean -aye said eye means yes, aye said more like ayi means always. As we also say...

    Tank Recommendation?

If you go through the ratings there's a lot in the comments which would indicate what they offer are clones - not fitting straight on the mod, loose airflow ring and the airholes all being the same size, though indeed Nautilus coils do fit. If you are looking for an authentic cheapy that'll run...

... permitting nose picking, not washing behind their ears, getting funny haircuts, wearing baseball caps side on, leaving their rooms scruffy, having sweaty feet, not taking the bins out, playing pocket billiards, wearing funny trousers with their backsides hanging out - the list is endless!

    Popcorn lung

I've heard this times without number - usually from people hacking their lungs up while dragging on a roll your own, probably sourced from a 'Baccyman"

    Tank Recommendation?

This is the lattice tank for the Nautilus Mini which I use, and the last ones I got came from Creme de Vape. Aspire also made an almost full metal tank with a sight line down it - but it was to say the least phallic and certainly attracted wits' attentions! Aspire also sells packs of two...

You can get them with metal latticed glasses. In the UK you can buy these cages separately - I have a spare set of iStick 30Ws with latticed cages in my spares box and I'll post a pic of one tomorrow.

    Winter to Spring

Well and all - sometimes when thing go belly up, I remind myself of what I think Oscar Wilde said -'We are all of us in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.' Just keep looking!

You know, there's another auld Scots saying -"There's muney a guid tune played on an auld fiiddle!" We actually say it as "moany" but I couldn' work out how to spell it for Non Scots speakers. Apologies - my wife and I speak Auld Scots ( Lanarkshire variation ) at home ( hame" ) an(d) "roond...

"Little and Large" for a lazy week with drop in coils - the Squid Squad can be run on the smaller Aspire coils as well as with the rebuildable tank.

OMG - how could I forget that - I've got rolls of the stuff in the garden shed ... and big staples too "just in case!" Back when I was a boy in the 50s, jute sacks were another thing. Tractors didn't have cabs then and tractormen put them over their backs when it rained hailed or snowed and...

Aye, I was a contry boy too and know that there's not much you can't fix with bailer twine, fence wire and nowadays zip ties. Even so there's, some things you need a wee bit help with when your eyes aren't as sharp as they once were nor you hands are a steady as in auld lang syne - but with an...

I did say he was a cut and paste merchant who rather got on my mammary glands with his "advice" to experienced vapers which was in at least one case taken straight from the instruction leaflet on some normal Chinese rig!
