    Today is day 7 of not smoking cigarettes just using the vapour cigarette. The first day was hard really hard. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th day were great. Other then the lack of sleep. But days 5-now not so great. I am sick with smokers flu. I can't see how someone who has had this can pick up smoking...

    The brand is gold seal. Most people don't know that unless you can't use nickel. I just know now to check the mouth piece to make sure they are plastic. I also am finding that if I take 2-3 puffs off of the 6mg and the finish with the 0mg I am fine.
