hey all, im currently using a kangertech subtank mini in RTA mode and im wodering what coil setups you guys are running?
i got it from a friend who was using 26g wire and 5 wraps to get 0.6ohm. im just thinking if there are better ways to build in this atomizer to get better clouds and flavor...
if your using it in RBA mode u can definately wash the coils... but if your using the OCC coils then i would suggest u learn about RTAs... my first kit was already an RTA and my 2 day experience with OCC coils was pretty ....ty(dumb me ran out of wires)... but RTA offer so much more options for...
its not gonna damage your device, when i started a couple of months back i bought the same mix of juices and just mixed them in my tank as i went along. i have a syringe that i used to mix them. only problem with using anything more then 6mg when u start is IMO, u'll probably start chain vaping...
so i took all of your advice, on the way home i bought myself one of those screw driver kits and it had one which allowed me to make a 2.4mm ID coil, did 5 wraps and vaping it on 17-20 watts is producing amazing flavor and clouds! thanks everyone!! TGIF! gonna enjoy my weekend even more now.
I dont have a coiler yet so im still using a 2mm screw driver to make my coils.
Im using a Kanger Subtank mini RTA with IPV mini 2 mod.

So i got my hands on some 24g wires(ordered wrongly) and now im a little lost.
Ive been vaping on 26g kanthal coils previously and now i cant seem to get the same ohms on my setup. Im using a kanger subtank in RTA mode and ipv mini 2. Previously i was doing 5 wraps on 26g to get about 0.6-0.5...
Well i wish getting a new mod was easy. With all the restrictions, the "damage" could be a fifty to a hundred times the cost of a new mod. Not really willing to take the risk now. The point of vaping for me is to kick the analog habit and save more cash for my future.

Its was both the dry hits and lack of flavor. And the ocassional burnt taste.
At first i was putting too much cotton. So i looked up some vids and reduced the amount. Worked well for abit then the burns started showing.

Im using an ipv mini 2 with subox mini tank. Vaping at 18-20 watts on a 0.6ohm coil.
When i check, its only burnt on one side of the wick. Any tips on wicking?

Hi guys, im pretty new to vaping. This would be my second week. Over the past few days ive been having to re-wick my coils daily. Sometimes more. Am i vaping too high a wattage or my wicking technic?
Hey guys, i dont understand something. Ytd i took the watts up to 11 and wasnt getting dry hits anymore. Then after watching some vids, i saw a chart that reccomended 25 watts. For the first few vapes it was smooth and enjoyable the after that i started getting dry hits on the exhale again...
I already like the fact that i dont feel the need to light up when im gaming. I do 1-2 hits once an hour compared to 3-4 sticks. Im pretty sure i will find a way to stick to vaping.
Yes i need to work on my inhale. As i still use analogs, i sometimes inhale too hard.
Question, i keep...
Oh i was a pack-a-day reds smoker. I would chain smoke 2-3 sticks at a go. If i was partying, could go over a pack the whole night. Sometimes i think its more of a bad habit then nicotine addiction.

I will do just that and hope i find the sweet spot. Thanks for the in-depth explanation. I just hope i can start to enjoy the flavors as well. The subtle flavors im getting now is already amazing. But i know if i get the numbers right its gonna get better.

Thats a good point. But the label on the btl(Cuttwood - Unicorn Milk) i bought doesn't list the ratio. Ive been googling it and found thats its a 30/70 ratio. Not sure if there are variables out there. Well if this doesnt work out least i know what to avoid in the future.
