No issues flying out of SG. Also no issues travelling through China, europe and USA. Went through several security checkpoints, even pointed out what it was several times including with juice and had no issues.
I have similar issue. Flying to USA via Beijing later this year. My experiences from 2015 were worrisome in that we had to go through security again after we landed at Beijing airport to get to our gate. They confiscated two of my power banks because they didnt have the Mah written on them...
Ditto on the Pico. Very discreet, battery lasts for days, lots of features, reliable, and it does the job well. It's also durable>takes a beating and keeps on working as expected (i've dropped mine countless times by accident).

Yeah I know what you mean. I got over it pretty quickly because despite the valid arguments regarding the benefits of vaping over smoking, there are more powerful forces at play. I stopped being angry and channeled that into more constructive ways. :-)
Just my two cents....never underestimate the power of politeness and respect in these situations. As stated above, these gents are doing their job. They dont make the laws, they just enforce them. They are doing what they are paid to do and to expect otherwise would be misguided. Be smart, be...
