Folks, I have already told you how to fix the top fill. Remove the o-ring from the top cap. Simple.
It 100% works so you can top-fill all day everyday without issue. I have 3 Berserkers and all 3 now work flawlessly.
I've filled it multiple times from almost full to empty and almost empty, never flooded on me so far. Make sure you always close the airflow off too.

Because the thicker o-ring was sealing the tank too early. So when you continue to screw the top down the pressure floods the tank. With the thinner o-ring it seals the tank when it is almost closed.
Edit: Not sure of the size, I just happened to have a bag of o-rings that looked very close to...
Mate I am building only the last 2 weeks and figured it out after 3 or 4 attempts. I honestly don't mean to sound rude so I beg you not to take it that way, but you are throwing a $30/40 piece of gear in the thrash when millions are starving on the planet. Either sell it or give it to someone...
Providing you have the length correct, the only other thing I can think of is you are using too much cotton and are blocking the juice holes. Sorry I couldn't help and I hope you get it sorted.
Edit: For what it is worth I'm using 70vg 30pg and Koh Gen Do cotton.

I just bought the Berserker a couple of weeks ago and it wa my first rta. Never did a build ever. Like you, I had a cotton taste the first few times I wicked. What I learned was the length of the wick was more important than the width. Have the length just a ml or two longer...
