thanks for replying! I appreciate your comments on the issue I raised. I use to recover quite fast in the past when quitting cigs, but I suspect the nicotine levels in the juice was on the high side and more addictive. Hence the stronger withdrawals.

Or use Low cloud device like Asko pods. They emit only small clouds and don’t turn the room into popcorn smell!

Can’t believe that vaping is worse than conventional cigarettes. Not saying it is risk free. My heart rate can get a bit high when vaping a lot.
