One of my batteries went dead after about a week. I sent an email to the company with my order # and described the problem. I got a response the same day telling me they would get a replacement shipped out immediately. I received the replacement battery 2 days later. Thanks Bloog. :toast:

It seems as though I am receiving a bunch of emails intended for Bloog. In fact, it appears that the emails from customers are being forwarded to everyone on their mailing list. Has anyone else been receiving these emails?

So I've now tried the Ultra and the Artic and I agree with those that say the Artic seems flavorless.

"Silly" is not realizing that there are plenty of forums out there where the exchange of ideas is welcomed and not criticized and censored.

Thats odd since most ppl are saying that the artic has more menthol flavor and more of a "cool" sensation.
