Note: It seems... can't be sure but it seems like it has a delay at start, I think like the Cloupor mini has. Maybe half a second before it fires at full power when pressing the vape button.
I read in many post that ppl have had bad luck with the coil heads coming with the tank, seems it was the same for me. I'll order some 6mg I think and see how it goes, for now vaping at 10W seems to work well for the 18mg but vapor of course isn't all that high.
So I went to sweet-vapes in Sheboygan and got myself the Subtank Mini + "Kanger Subtank RBA Pre-Built Coils" (20 1ohm coil + 2 pads of cotton for $5.95) + some Strawberry Cotton Candy juice at 18mg.
On the way back, I put some juice on the 1.2ohm head that came with it, filled the tank and...
I received my Beyang 30W in the mail today, 3 day shipping from discountvapers. So far, am happy with it!
Pros:
30W is more than enough for my needs
The form factor/shape (only 3 mm taller than istick30) and a nice roundish look (I hate the lip on the istick30 and the fact that the istick20...
As far as for my choice of Tank, I am still unsure, I would appreciate more info from vapers that have one or more of them. I might be visiting sweet-vapes saturday since they have them all in stock, about an hour away and will have my Beyang by then.
One thing I read/watched about subohm tanks...
I just read about the melting on the Cloupor Mini, watch out with those.. low rate but it's crazy that they wouldn't recall them. Definitely not going to be my backup device o.O
Thanks all for the advices... right now I am reducing my list to the Subtank Mini or the Delta 2. Both come with standard and RBA heads.
Delta 2:
* Harder to break than subtank
Subtank Mini:
* 4.5ml instead of 3.5ml on Delta2
So now, really it all comes to price/quality of coil heads (might...
I have been looking for a new tank for my new mod coming in the mail this friday (Beyang 30W, 2200mah, 0.2ohm-3.0ohm, similar to istick30). I have been using mostly e-vod type heads with tanks/clearos (often hit and miss, with lots of burn taste) but nothing new in the last year or so and now...
If anyone is interested, I found some on a US seller (bit expensive but wanted to try them and they do have an "adjustable" positive pin)
Personally I didn't like the features of the istick 20 or the look of the istick 30 (offset off the edge) or the size of the istick 50 coming out.
I was...
Thank you for all the comments so far :)
I know a lot of vapers prefer replaceable batteries but personally that is one point I don't mind, yes if the battery dies, am screwed, but any device could have problems.
A few things I am looking for:
Small form factor
USB charging
Fixed Battery
Good...
So I have been vaping for a few years now... mostly using ego battery, clearos and some tanks. Right now I have a Kamry X6 1300 mah and using the X6 tank and GS-H5 tanks from fasttech. Getting it to work properly is often a hit and miss.
After looking around, I do like the Egrip, which seems...
I wanted to make a post also to let everyone that is trying to help that I am not dismissing any of the posts, I research each idea, sadly am very specific in what I am looking for...asking for the moon I know.
Bottom feeder:
I looked at them a while back and did again, to me it looks good...
I think part of my problem with testing different tanks and clearos is from my batteries (maybe you can confirm that). I use these: Variable Voltage EGO VV EGO-V battery
The reason why I went with those (sold on lots of website) other than the price of course is that they were the shortest...
I actually got an answer back from Stormy saying that they should be in stock monday or tuesday :)
Now if only they made a 400mah version. For me the best setup would be the 400mah for on the go and mvp at home o.O
I am guessing this is new since it says "new" hehe, but wondering how new... is it available yet ? This thing seems to do everything I wanted a battery to do, Small, compact, VW, ohm checker etc!!
It only goes up to 5v but that's enough for me, the VW in such a small form factor + ohm checker...
Awesome feedback from everyone.
I wasn't all that clear I guess, here is what I am looking for:
* Easy of fill: like the Vivi's or T2's, nice opening to fill without requiring aiming, squirt it in quick and go :D
* Easy to change heads: T2's is the best at that as it sticks out. Next up is the...
So I've been using e-cigs on and off for the last few years, and recently for the last 8-9 months. I have gotten tired of having to fiddle with gear to get it to work like I want.
I tried Vamos and Ego's but stayed with Ego for the size (I have a vv ego with batt indicator 90mm batt lenght), I...
