Pretty sure I got it right, but I haven't mixed up a batch this big yet and want to make sure! I have 30mL of 100mg/mL nicotine in PG base. If I mix 30mL of that nicotine, 90mL regular PG, and 60mL VG, I should end up with 180mL of 16.6% nicotine, 66% PG/33% VG. Correct?

Yeah, a 200k ohm pot would be impossible to adjust properly. Like the hot water tap in a bad shower, it would have only a tiny little range of useful resistance. Move it just a touch in either direction will make it too low or high.

Yeah, for quantites like that you'd probably be best going to the manufactuers. I'd still email TPA with what you want to order and see if they'd give you a better pricefor quantities like that.

The cheapest place I've found is the perfumer's apprentice. They sell all the bottles, pipettes and syringes you'll need. Along with plenty of flavorings in super cheap sample sizes. The only place I've found cheaper bottles is ordering them by the thousands from the manufactuerers.
