I have a Vamo v2 in stainless steel. So far, there's nothing in the Vamo v3 to make me want to get it over the v2. If I needed another Vamo, I'd seek out another stainless steel v2.

I haven't dropped my Vamo yet but my friend dropped his on my hardwood floor, and it left a wicked ding in the wood. The Vamo however, wasn't even phased. I can imagine a dropped Vamo breaking a toe on the way down!

Interesting... My display was ok this morning and has been ok all day so far. Not sure what the deal is but I really like this device so I'm going to stick it out for a bit and see if the display gets wonky again.

I fixed my issue by replacing the spring. I bought one, swapped it out. A little bit of stretching the bottom coil of the spring and it fit nice and snug in there. No lag, no heat. Works like a charm. It's a copper spring.

My stainless steel Vamo is fixed. I got my copper (Helix) springs from Avid Vaper. Stretched the bottom of the spring out a tiny bit, and it fits nice and snug. The spring doesn't even get warm, I don't have my multimeter to test for zero resistance but my bet is it'd be zero. Now if only my...

Same here. For me the Evic is too plasticky with its USB port, ring, and goofy switches that are begging to get gummed up with e-liquid.

Seemed to be okay when I first got it, however, I didn't realize that it wasn't displaying the "v", however the "ohm" and "w" icons show still.
