    Innokin Proton 235W

They already have the BigBox Atlas. It's a 200w, dual 18650 mod. But I agree, more mods from Innokin is a win for us all. I love the performance the Aethon chip delivers.

Hana Modz awarded $$$$ for copyright

And that is why I support manufactures who defend their trademarks and intellectual property. You can't sue the Chinese, so go after the people willing to sell the authentic logo clones. Simple as that. I don't own a Hana Mod, so I can't speak to their quality or customer service, but I do agree...

Hana Modz awarded $$$$ for copyright

I wish shops would stop selling replicas with authentic logos. I agree that we're probably not going to be able to stop the Chinese clones, but at the very least vendors can demand no-logo clones and China will probably respond with no-logo clones. China just makes what they can sell, simple as...

    New to the ecf

Welcome to ECF! :) Let's start with, what device and eliquid are you currently using and go from there.

    Weak Vapor

Welcome to vaping. :) Do your best to resist the GAS (Gear Acquisition Syndrome). Just get something good that works for you. Use it for a couple months while reading everything you can and watching reviews on YouTube. As you stop smoking and switch to vaping your preferences are going to...

    ZNA 30 questions

Big thanks to josh w. Helping you getting your Aspire Atlantis working piqued my interest and I decided it was about time I upgraded my setup. I picked up a Sigelei 150w and an Atlantis and so far I'm impressed. I'm still not totally sold on lung inhales all the time, but it sure is a nice way...

    ZNA 30 questions

Totally agree that a lower ohm coil will result in more watts/power versus a higher ohm coil at the same voltage, but the LR 510s were using 32 or 30 gauge wire. Today we're winding our own coils and using much larger wire. If you run a coil made with 32 or 30 gauge wire at higher wattage it...

    ZNA 30 questions

It's more complicated than that. The only time you need more power on lower resistance is if the coil is wound using high gauge wire (28, 26, or 24). This is because the coils takes longer to heat up due to the mass of the wire, so more power is needed initially to get it up to temp in a...

Couldn't agree more. Everyone's needs are different, so to each their own. :)

    Weak Vapor

Try pressing the button and taking a few small primer puffs, then a 1 or 2 second draw, and then release the button. These days a lot of people are recommending the Kanger Subtank or the Aspire Atlantis, but I don't really feel these are appropriate for new vapers. If you think you might be...

    ZNA 30 questions

Why did you want switch to a new setup? What weren't you happy with while using the ETS and the Ego Twist? I'm asking because I'm trying to gauge if the Atlantis was a good switch for you. The ZNA is solid and should last you a very long time, so no worries there. :)

Just out of curiosity what were you using before switching to the ZNA and Atlantis?

    ZNA 30 questions

That's the next thing I would try, swap to a new head/coil. Might be a wicking issue with your current head/coil. At 0.5 ohms you want to keep the coil nice and wet to avoid dry hits. And reeftivo is right. If you're running at 27 watts and going for lung hits make sure that your air flow...

    ZNA 30 questions

Just out of curiosity I went and looked up the specs for the Aspire CF Sub battery they released for use with the Atlantis. At peak it puts out roughly 4.2 volts with a cutoff of 3.5 volts. On a 0.5 ohm coil this would give roughly 35 to 24 watts, so your 27 watts is right in the middle. At...

    ZNA 30 questions

I've never used the Aspire Atlantis and I very rarely use anything sub-ohm, but 27 watts is way too much for a 0.5 ohm single coil. Lower resistance requires less power (watts). Drop it down to somewhere between 6 to 12 watts and let me know how it works for you. I'll walk you through the...

What nic level do you vape

3 to 6 mg on 1.5 to 1.8 ohm 30g kanthal 2mm single coil RDA builds and 1.8 ohm Aspire BVC tanks at 8 to 12 watts. Usually 3mg because I typically like to chain vape. :) I started vaping in 2009 using 12 to 18 mg and cut back as the atomizers and devices got more efficient.

    Silver Bullet M

I'm so glad to see the Silver Bullet getting a mechanical makeover!! I received a teaser of this few days ago and I've been busting at the seams waiting to talk about it. Apparently it will be the same size as the current SB, but with a completely mechanical switch and a few tweaks to help keep...
