It seems I'm in the same situation as the OP. Even the small amounts of PG in the flavoring burns my throat and mouth, and I can't take a hit without coughing. Are the juices everyone's suggesting here totally PG free? How do I find ones that are truly devoid of it? Thanks!

I used a cig-a-like on a recent trip flying between Omaha and Seattle (with a layover in Denver) both on the plane and in the terminal. I just held in the vapor for an extra couple seconds so that when I blew it out there was nothing visible. No one even looked at me funny.

I just picked up the Blu Classic Tobacco disposable yesterday. It tastes great and makes a lot of vapor. Very nice. I especially like that it doesn't seem to have any PG in it, which always irritates my throat. Not bad for ten bucks! And it's pen size, so you're getting more for the money.

I always have a big paperclip or safety pin with me so I can pull stuffing out or push it in. Then I don't have to get any liquid on my fingers. After I top off a cart I pull the stuffing up a bit so it will make better contact with the atomizer when I put it back on. Good luck!
