We've tried this and it does make a bit of difference with minimizing voltage drop. We weren't able to find the copper tape at our local hardware stores, so it was ordered online. Tried it on a King Mod and a Nemesis mod. Using 18650s and dual coil RDAs. Noticeable difference.
