    From what I have read, the lower cost 510 options need a lot of work, way more than I am willing to do. I want something easy, simple, do all of these need constant attention everyday? I'm probably going to be using this once a week, maybe.

    Price really isn't a concern. The primary use here is for when I get drunk and want a real cigarette. Otherwise I don't smoke. I'd probably use it occasionally though even when sober because of the flavors.
