Is there any recommended way to clean the purimizer for the Neo Classic?

I have only used janty e-juice, but was wondering if anyone has experience between the janty chocolate and some other brand. I'm looking for a high amount of flavor.

I used to always get a buzz when I smoked my fist analog of the day or if I smoked one too fast. I haven't had that effect since I have been analog free (a little over a month). The e-cig takes care of any nicotine cravings though.
