I keep a bottle on hand, and check the rest. Make sure to seal everything in ziplocs, and try and travel with empty tanks / clearos. I also put a sheet of paper towel in the ziploc to soak up anything that leaks. This has gotten me to Mexico, Florida, and to both Canadian coasts.

Whoa. That's... pretty impressive if it delivers.

The headache may also be from too much nicotine. I had the same problems when I got my first real ecig. Try either easing up on the vaping, or stepping your nicotine level down a notch.
