I just ordered and received a passthru with best ecig. I ordered some antomizers and some blanks and extras etc to make it worth the shipping. I think my passthru was around 10.50 or something like that. I received everything in about 7 days and it was well wrapped.

I received my small package (envelope) but my package was cut opened at the top and and the inside packaging was taken out and cut open vertically. You could tell the items were taken out and put back in. Then a small pc of tape was put back over the outside but didn't cover the entire cut...
