I don't suppose that you've tried a different charger for it? My father in law went through a charger every 6-12 months when he was using the twists. They just wear out after a while. Otherwise, keep in mind that the twists are designed to be used for a while and then tossed.

I would agree with David here. Look into the Vision Spinner or eGo Twist batteries. Kanger Protank Mini 3 / Evod2 / T3D are the three little attys that I use on my backup device.
