Was going to post our monthly giveaway but then thought it might not be possible anymore. Does any of the regular participants know if they are still allowed?

As the title says the May giveaway will start this Friday at 8PM Eastern and remain open till Sunday at 8PM Eastern. Giveaway will be held in this thread. Same rules as the past but I will post them below.
