    I love variable voltage. I bought this shan mod from the classifieds and it was working well for a while until it broke :(.     That's normal for someone that is just starting out. As soon as you find the right juice / setup you will start saving money. Don't give up you will get there :). When I was just starting out I would tell myself even if it is more expensive it is still a healthier alternative!
