I just received my EHPro Squape from madvapes and I'm happy so far. I purchased two one for myself and one for my wife. The build quality is very nice except the air control ring which are very floppy on both units. Other than that they vape like champs 1.0 ohm .26 kanthal and .08 ohm .26...
The gap is because to use the ceramic wick the insulator has to be removed from the ZAP. If you want to use mesh wicks roll a thicker one or replace the insulator it use the stock ZAP wicks.
Titanium is no harder to drill than other metal with a proper metal bit. With that said with out a drill press and building a proper jig to hold the unit I would not attempt it. I could see it going south very quickly with a hand drill. You don't want a crooked with hole!
Well not with you average vv device but I use a Saber Touch high power VV it will handle up to 25 amps and it hits like a mechanical. So I can run at 4.2 volts much longer than a mechanical device. I highly recommend it. :vapor:
I bought 2 eVic's from Ovale. Ovale has looked at their units and they claim they did not have any recalled units sold or in stock. I love my eVic it is spot on I am using a 2.5 ohm 32awg coil with 400 SS mesh wick and at 6.5 watts with my cheep screw on meter the unit is producing 4.0 volts...
If you can afford it buy the ProVari. I have a old black chrome v1 it has been used abused and has never let me down. I love mine so much I can't part with it to get it upgraded. And for 20.00 I should break down and do it.

Keep your unit and use 32awg it's what I use on my DID with SS mesh wick. 5 wraps and perfect 2.5 ohm coils every time 3.9 volts and 6 watts clouds of vapor galore! Any awg below 30 is too thick for a PV IMHO.
Is there a Variable Wattage ProVari in the works? I love my ProVari it's old it's worn black chrome takes a beating and vapes like a charm. I love it so much I never had it upgraded to V2 can't stand to be with out it. But I'm evolving to a atomizer builder and would love to see a VariWatt unit...
Well I have a ProVari and love it and I bought my wife an eVic. I must say I like the eVic and will be buying one for my self. I rebuild atomizers on DID tanks and VW is the way to go for rebuilding. I like that I can set my wattage and swap my tanks with out thinking about re calculating my...
I'm also debating on sending mine in for the upgrade. But I do not use cartos I'm strictly a CE2 tank user and with that said the Provari V1 works great. I guess the only reason to upgrade would be for resale appeal, and I have no intension of reselling my Provari.
Well what can I say other than wow. I picked up a black chrome V1 used on the forum. It was worth every penny. I have several custom built Saber touch units and the Provari's build quality is top notch. :)
