I've personally never needed to stack batteries. 1 18650 is all I've ever needed..i haven't used my vamo for some time but do recall that it isn't as nicely regulated as my provari..therefore the vamo has a tougher time producing the same output as the battery voltage level drops..nothing...

The efest batteries from Canvape work very well. Just as well as my aw's I received back when I got my Provari. The prices really can't be beat. Just make sure you specify "flat top or nipple top" depending on what you need. Probably nipple top.
