*whew* Got here as fast as I could...

I'll do that. Maybe I'll get them etched first. I'm occupying my time with a marathon of breaking bad this week. Television, snack food, friends curry, tabletop games, and beer between semesters. Just like when I was a teen (more than a decade ago, with no beer, and MST3K isn't on the air...

*whew* Got here as fast as I could...

So true! Again, my nitpicks are just that, nitpicks. I have to reach pretty far to imagine a way to improve on the grand, but I will say that all else being equal, I wish it was a little more comfortable to hold. Still though, I haven't bought a non reo since my first grand, so it must not...

is this emotional attachment or unfamirity

There are some local companies around here that will etch them, but I'm really considering stripping down my silver/silver reo and sending it to LaserMyGun.com They have a $75 dollar minimum order, and you have to prepare (strip the old anodizing, and disassemble) the parts yourself, but...

E cigs have a bad rep,, how to overcome this bad name

Yeah, the local mall kiosk sells a single joye 510 battery, with PCC and two atty's for $150. It's just plain terrible. I like to stop by with my stuff when I see other people stopping, and "sample" their terrible juice just so I can guffaw at their prices passive agressively. Still, I agree...

is this emotional attachment or unfamirity

Well, humans do tend to grow attached to things they own. I can't imagine that I'd lose much sleep over a new battery, but my Reos are my Reos. They're soon going to be custom laser etched. In the meanwhile though, they still would make me sad if they got destroyed, thank goodness they're nearly...

*whew* Got here as fast as I could...

For someone who owns two grands and a mini, I have to say that the mini has a much preferable fit in my hand, I am also not a fan of the top button, and if only the design was rounded down some I think the grands would be much more comfortable. Overall though, I'm willing to tolerate the bulk...

Looking for good carts to use on a Provari.

Boges are my carto of choice. They have a looser draw than many other brands, and wick well. On your provari, I'd start with 3.0 ohm cartos, and 4.5-6v if you want a hotter vape. If you like lower resistance atomizers, the Boge LR (2.0 Ohms) are a good choice. As for carts that work with...

    Lava tube question

I would order a couple packs of 3 Ohm Boge cartomizers. I'm not a fan of tanks in general, and especially not the Smoktech DCTs. Boges hold ~1ml of fluid each, and don't take up much space in a pocket, so pretty easy to carry if you're not interested in carrying a bottle of juice around. I would...

Name change of mod to APV

Not being much of a gearhead (despite my ASVAB scores) I'll stay away from the car debate. As for what to call My Reos, Lavatube, and Egos, Personal Vaporizer (PV)seems the only sensible thing. My LT has advanced features, the Reo's don't (it's a box with a mechanical switch) and the Egos are...

    Scubagen Mods

Thanks for the info, Mudflap. It sounds like this scubabatdan is a pretty cool cat, doing all this work for the community, and putting up with all the hassle that independent engineering and manufacturing usually entails. I'll have to keep my eyes open for the eventual announcement of the Co-op...

    Scubagen Mods

Hi, New REOnaut here. I'm hunting the forums for a rumored rebuildable atomizer that will work with my Reo Grand. I followed some links through the labyrinth that this forum is for someone new, and found myself here. I hear there's some scubagen mod in the works for this purpose, and while I...

    The Lowly LED, A Primer

Hi. After running a battery much lower than intended in my REO, I briefly considered throwing an led indicator into the circuit to show when the battery is low. I thought I might just rip one out of an old 510 penstyle, and connect it to the spring mounting screw, and the switch spring, but then...

FunkyVapes Review! Rawr Vapor - Truth Serum and Lemon Lime Slushie -

hi, thanks for the review. I have to say I agree with your evaluation of Truth Serum. I'm using it at 100% VG with 4% menthol, and it definitely tastes different depending on your mouth state. It's great with vanilla ice cream, and the pear notes are a lot lighter (more in the nose, like you...

Review: RAWR - Raging ..... [Short Video]

Thanks for the review! I found this flavor just delectable, but then I like the taste of coffee quite a bit. I found this surprising though, because I usually vape sweeter juices. Maybe I'm just a sissy, but on a hard lung draw this makes me choke and sputter at 100% VG with 24mg nic. I wouldn't...

Review: RAWR - Lazarus [Short Video]

Hello, Gave Lazarus a try. I was trying it at 24mg, 100%VG, and no menthol. I got strong floral notes, and a hint of cherry, but mostly it tasted to me more like this smells: Wild Cherry Deodorant. Click for lots of selections! I know it's all personal tastes, but I like sweet juices, and...

Homemade syringe tank mod, looks easy!

Saw several YouTube vids, recommending the TS ideal 20mm tanks.theywere fine for a few hours, but the rubber taste is starting to rear its ugly head. I taste it but my wife doesn't. I'm now rummaging for empty bottles to drain them into while she still finds the flavor tolerable. Just wanted to...

Your typical newb "I got ripped off at the mall because I didn't know about this forum" post

The Apollo Vtube is magical. I just got mine and I'm loving it. The ability to adjust voltage allows you to find the perfect voltage for almost any liquid. The kit comes with an eGo case, which is a little small for everything I am inclined to carry, but it works out pretty well.
