I will warn again about Duracoat.......I have tried duracoat several times, with various prep techniques and it just doesn't seem stick to the plastic very good. It wears off rather quickly starting at the most contacted locations like corners.
Cerakote however I can do basically zero prep and...
Sorry Drunk.....I wasn't familiar with what you were referring to  sounds like it might work.
My personal mods typically don't have RP protection, and the new DNA will solve that :D
I know I can't get high VG juices to wick worth a poo with my normal 50/50 setup. Thinning with distilled water is a good way to go....I usually just save the high VG juice for dripping from time to time.
Why is it peeps don't like PG? Is it mainly due to allergies?
Let me save someone the pain of what I already know........If you use 2 of the 7a hold/14a trip fuses in parallel they DO NOT work for reverse polarity protection!!!!
However they work great for dual battery mods with one fuse on each battery.
I still don't understand how you are supposed to solder to the FD spring loaded center pin with hole in it and assemble it.
Maybe remove the delrin and somehow clamp the rest of it so the oring is as far away from that end as possible.....IDK the screw is pretty easy, but it would be nice to a...
Sorry Tex that's a bap custom stainless button, you won't find it on shapeways :D
Also I finally got my 9ml bottles!!!
I had some tubing with a little bigger ID. I stuffed a piece of 12g hypo needle into the tubing and drilled out the cap so it was tight enough to compress the tubing to...
Kinda.....I was thinking I would just turn a one piece SS pin that looks just like the original but hollow and extended that had threads start just after the back cap. That way you could screw one nut down till it runs out of threads, then put on the positive wire with washer, then another nut...
I have and idea, but it's kind of complicated.
I started writing it out, but found a couple holes.....need to think through a little more.
I'm thinking just making a SS pin with 6-32 sounds the easiest....
Not with out some work on both the pin and the needle. A 12g is roughly 2mm ID and 2.75mm OD.
So I would probably drill out the center pin with to 5/64" and then grind down the 12g needle to fit.
