PG and or vg is a humectent, so it pulls the moisture out of anything it comes in contact with. So in a sense yes you do exhale water vapor, with trace amounts of PG vg the flavoring and even less nic.

The dark color is prob coming from you're dirty wick. If I just change out the old juice and Water rinse I get the same thing. If you are getting little to no flavor I would say your clearo needs a dry burn to get the gunk off the coils
