On KR bats, as mentioned, you need to slightly unscrew the GC carts, or the air flow is blocked. I suspect the 'number of drags' for the G120 is based on a very low battery cutoff time, or something. I never counted the number of drags off a GC (although I picked up a 'clicker' to do so :) )...

You might want to look up the purple batteries - it's possible they are protected with a lower max discharge rate, and with the 510 atty (will draw the most current of all the atties), they *might* be good, but the protection is kicking in..? Putting them back on the charger should reset them -...
