Just an update - I received back 110$ via paypal, and still waiting on the other 110$. I spoke with a paypal rep today. Note that sellers are not charged a fee when refunding payments via open cases, and yet fidola still refuses to refund. I'll have to wait another 2 weeks until the second...
This is correct only for purchases which are simply refunded. However, if a dispute case is filed, and a claim is made for whatever reason such as in this case - item not received/duplicate payment - then the seller is provided with the option to refund via the resolution center. If done this...
The payment shows up as completed on my end. The screenshot you're posting is from 2 weeks ago on the 19th. Even if it does show up as pending you can refund via the resolution center.
My mistake. You're correct, you didnt request more money. What you did was try to refund the duplicate payment minus the fee. As I said before paypal doesnt charge sellers fees for refunded orders.
Well heck, you already commented on the negotiations - saying that it was a done deal once I sent payment and that I was the one who broke the agreement. It wasn't. Anything surrounding the deal will be posted here, at least by me. As I said before, paypal has all they need.
Oh, by the way it's...
Paypal has all the information they need to make a decision. Being self-admittedly not so familiar with paypal, I figured I'd explain to you how to refund prior to paypal's intervention/decision. [Another member asked if I had explained how to refund, and at this point, I have]
Being that...
Seller requested payment via paypal. She requested more to ship the item than it actually costs.[10$ instead of 7.90$ for a flat rate priority box] I was fine with this, but then she requested more than originally agreed upon to cover the paypal fees. This was after I had already sent out the...
I wouldn't call it normal, so I suppose in that sense I'm inclined to agree with that part. Mistakes do happen though.
I only broke the agreement after she requested the extra money AFTER I sent the funds. Like you said, it was a sealed deal....up to that point. She had already requested more...
Just so you're well informed, as you seem to be a bit inexperienced with paypal; Under each transaction- which can be found on the list of your summary page, there is an option to refund found about half way down the page in the transaction details section. In the future if you ever need to...
Just an update-
I've still not received neither the refund which Fidola supposedly sent via a repayment as friends and family[?] for less than the amount I originally sent, nor have I received a refund via the refund option found on each transaction page. Currently both cases are under paypal...
At any rate, I'll be getting the full amount I sent back. ALL OF IT. ****NO MORE, NO LESS****, as I said in my latest reply. Honestly the whole 'requesting more than you initially did due to fees, as well as requesting more than it actually costs to ship the mod' came off as scammy on my end...
Hell, I hope so too. I just want my 220$ back. I'm guessing the OP is inexperienced with paypal transactions. Paypal doesn't keep fees for refunded orders. But just for kicks, here's the last message I sent to her -
I vape a provari 2.5 with a phoenix v3 atomizer(an older style dripper) with coils made between 1.4-1.8 at 5-5.4 volts depending on where it maxes out before getting the 15w limit error. With that said it looks like any battery with 5A should be plenty enough. I wanted to know what you'd...
So, using the higher-amperage rated samsung battery will not allow me to use my device with higher voltages than my current efest battery?
My current atomizer is reading 1.8. I'm getting E2 message at 5.4 volts. That would make my amperage draw at that voltage 3 amps - below the 3.5 limit. Even...
I've always used purple 18650 effest button tops with my provari. My coils are usually around 1.2-1.5ohms and the device typically doesn't allow me to go above 5.2-5.4 volts. Is this battery dependent or coil dependent? I'd like to vape at 5.6 but the provari protection kicks in.
I figure I...
I just realized that we're actually creating an inductor which creates a magnetic field, so it could actually be eddy currents/harmonics creating a high pitched ring.
Scratch that, I think its magnetostriction causing audible vibrations at the upper frequency limits of human hearing.
Check...
Hmm maybe we're hearing different things? It sounds close to 7000-12000H.
Thanks for the tip on pulse wattages. I defiantly won't be pulsing until its glowing hot again. -_-
