Try replacing the screws, maybe? My original screws seemed like they were catching and holding the wire, but I was having firing issues. I replaced both screws and have not had a problem since.
Also try taking a paper towel and drying that area where the RBA base screws into the egrip...
30 wraps of 24g is far too much wire for the battery to heat up. If you want to do dual coils on a mech, then use thinner wire and less wraps - like 28g or 30g. Or you could so a single coil of 24g and cut your wraps down to 10 or so.
It works better on the Cloupor because it is pushing more...
Has anyone tried to clone Standard Irie Nights with any success? I don't have a discerning enough pallet to break down the components; all I know is that I crave the stuff. At $20 a bottle, I'd love to recreate it.
Thanks!
Did you ever get the nzonic top cap to fit on that #24 (saw your pics posted from a couple months back)? How is that #24 working for you? You wouldn't have happened to try the cap on the #23 would you? Any feedback is much appreciated! I'm looking to try a mod for the first time.
My birthday is fast approaching, and I have dropped hints to my better half that I would like to get a mod. I currently am happy with 3.7v regulated ego-types and 1.7 Smoktech EMSCC’s and tanked 1.7 Smoks/2.0 Boges. This would mean that I don’t necessarily need a VV/VW device. I just want...
Since you already paid for the Blu cartomizers (tips), I suggest getting an eGo 650 battery or two, an eGo charger, a pack of Boge LR (low resistance) 510 cartomizers, an eGo mega dual coil cartomizer (EMDCC), an eGo cone, a 510 drip tip, and a bottle of juice.
If you like the Blu tobacco...
The fille holes are tiny, so a needle tip would help. One of my juices came with a small refill bottle with a pointed plastic spout, and that worked fine. It would take forever with a dropper or one of the bottles with a more blunt spout.
Got my Davide Mini today. First impressions:
The build quality seems fine. Everything is well made and fits together.
There are too many parts. All the threads spin the same way, so when you try to take one piece off, all the others want to unscrew with it. You need to hold the right...
Your best bet is to get a pyrex carto tank, an eGo thread cover, some 808 cartomizers, and a carto punch tool. You can use Halo's (regular or XL, depending on the tank) cartos and peel the paper and clean the adhesive with some alcohol. I think Halo has the best 808 cartos and may work well in...
I've spent about $150 on stick and eGo batteries in the last 12 months. For that money, I could have bought a solid APV or 3.7v mod, some li-ion batteries, and a charger. As soon as this Vision Spinner dies, that is the path I am headed.
I've spent a lot of money on hardware thinking that was the problem. I now realize it is the juice I am having issues with. I would get a juice that has 5-stars up and down, and I would dislike it. I thought my problem had to be my hardware - the whole world likes it, so the issue must be me...
It makes it so hard to find good juice when every review on vendors' websites is 5 stars. Even the reviews with many negative things to say will only bump down to 4 stars. Is it really possible that every juice that everyone makes is perfect? I'd hate to think that vendors are censoring their...
I agree that Halo's cartomizers are top notch. My wife has a G6 set, and I actually bought a 510-808 adapter just to use their carto's on my Vision Spinner. Their LR cartos are great and last forever. She didn't like the G6 auto battery, though. She thought it was too hard of a pull, but she...
I've tried a couple advertised as 1.8 ohm. On my 3.7v regulated eGo, they tasted burnt more often than not. So I put them on my Spinner and started at 3.3v, and they worked a lot better. I have some advertised as 2.2 ohm coming, and I hope those work better at 3.7v.
They take some work to...
