“We Quit!” II – Who Misses Smoking?
Wonderful Share! Thousands of us? the numbers of sucessful cessation?
I wish I could get back the 20+ years I spent trying every known cessation program/product/drug/class/method...etc.,
that for me did NOT work. Once I found the guidance to learn about the right vape alternative for me (thru ECF folk)
quitting was a breeze!, Stepping down the Nic level a "choice", not a chore. I was ashamed to be a smoker.
I enjoy the heck out of vaping!

I think your wonderful..i'm tryin...i've bought fancy e-cigs..all different colors..and i do love them..but..i'm still smoking a regular cig in the car..or first thing in the morning with the coffee..ugh..(working on it)..but..good for you..i wanna be right there with ya!...

I vaped and smoked off and on a couple of years.
Just be enjoying the vapor...if you arent enjoying it..
please come to us for help and with your questions.
For many of us, it was finding the one combination which kept us from craving tobacco.
I certainly didnt find it right away
