My father taught me how to be the man I grew up to be, more by example than by direct lesson. We've had ups and downs, but I have turned out to be almost exactly like him (although taller) and I can't think of anyone I would rather be more like.

I never knew my father, passed away when I was four. But my grandpa..now thats another story. He never had a cross word for me! Always ready to go fishing, walking or just set outside and watch the clouds go by. He was one of the most patient men I've ever met...and a first class smart ... just like me lol. He considered it a good day if he could tick my grandmother off lol, grinning the whole time with that little smirk lol.
