If I were to buy 0mg e juice what exactly would i be vaping? Is it just the flavoring and the pg/vg or is there something else that they put in there? I want to gradually get off of nicotine but I absolutely love the whole vaping experience and im going to keep doing it however I heard that at 0mg you get no throat hit. I read on here that if you put in some vodka or everclear it will give you a throat hit but how many drops do you put in it? Has anyone found a better solution?

The general consensus around here is that throat consists of heat and nicotine. This comes from the fact that people with high voltage mods vaping the same juice on lower voltage ecigs report better throat hits from the higher voltage mods. What exactly is happening would be hard to determine.

You can't duplicate the throat hit of nicotine but you can simulate it using flavors that would normally sting or bite the mucous membranes in the mouth - pepper, cayenne, cinnamon, menthol, clove, ginger, some citrus but not as much, And some tobacco flavoring. It won't be the same - and vaping habenera won't be the same as eating it, but reports by some, see the Walrus video on cayenne pepper juice, say they are getting that hit by flavor and the heat of the vapor.

As far as the juice goes. It can be made with pg, vg, everclear, water, flavoring or any combination of those - some claim that the highproof everclear can help with throat hit. Best way to find out is to try it.
