It is a pleasure to get to know our customers, receive great feedback, answer questions, and give helpful information on usage, tips, and suggestions. No Google+ for us, as of yet...Twitter and Facebook keep me pretty busy enough.

I love my facebook ! have made plans with friends without the phone ( despise the phone ) made hair appts ,vacation plans ,you name it ! Its also great for fast group invites to local stuff Most of the businesses in my little community have a facebook page too .

There's a company that I employ to do some work for us in a region, and for after hours emergency work, they still have a pager for me to call.
