Looking at the Yocan Favotank's description of the wickless head they have, I see that, "The WICKLESS head is built with ceramic sticks instead of fiber or wicks..."
This head is only available with .5 ohm coil, and therefore, would not work with an ego style battery.
Does anyone make super-Ohm wickless replacements for this?
... or is there another product that brings this type of atty to an ego style battery?

Ceravape makes the CVTank and Hygeia units that work with ego style batteries. Both use the same ceramic wick. Generally, I see good reviews. There is one video on Youtube showing the hygeia working with 80% VG -- important to me 'cause I vape VG juice, lol.
I see the vague statement that it is "easy" to clean, but have not found any videos of that to judge for myself. Nor do I see any information on how often the wick needs to be cleaned, or if it needs to be done more often with high VG juice.

badabingvape.com is the only supplier I have found so far.

added 3/27:
As of three months ago, they have a prototype "max vg coil" that is 1.5 ohms.

Any clues when it will be sold???

These coils are now available through the ceravape online shop: www.onlineshop.ceravape.com

They have .9, 1.2 and 1.4 ohm high vg coils available now.

I use push button VV batteries with 3.5, 3.7, 3.9 and 4.1 volt settings. I ordered 1.4 ohm high vg heads and 2 of the CV Nano's. I will post here to report how long it took for them to arrive here in New Jersey. I will create a separate thread to review the units.
