1.8 ml Fluxomiser worth it?

I ask because I currently use regular size CE2's. I notice when I start getting close to the bottom of the juice it starts to turn a darker color and starts to taste funny kinda burnt and takes away from the flavor. I know this is caused by the juice burning on the coil after using a long time. I normally dilute this with fresh juice to give it flavor back before it gets too bad. After a few refills and the juice at the bottom has too much burned particles in it i throw this lil bit of juice out, rinse and dry burn then reuse.

Does the 1.8 Fluxomiser have a tendency to build up more of this burnt liquid at the bottom due to it's larger juice capacity?

The juice turning darker has to do with flavoring not getting vaporized and oxidation. I have some juices that turn darker in my CE2 and some that will stay the same color until I run the tank dry. Same thing happens with about every carto, you just don't see if if the tube isn't clear.

If you like the smaller ones then yes I think the XL is worth it, it's by far my favorite carto due to the attys durability, easy to clean and flavor.

If you get them get the new Deluxe version, these have thicker, better quality tubes, previous versions had tubes that will crack with use or come cracked in the box.

Another vote here for the XL CE2 clearo's. I use nothing but now and only keep a few standard for stealth use. The deluxe version is far better (although I still replace the tube with 3ml BD tubes because I find the new tubes too small to take the seals properly) because the bottom ring where the tube mounts is far deeper and this stops leaks and stops the tube popping off at random.

One of the thing I've noticed with the top coils is that I have to do the magic wand trick (upside down and back up) more when the juice gets low, even with the r5 single wick ones. I'm vaping a fairly thick juice and I like 3 or 4 puffs in a row, which is part of the problem.

Also, I've been enjoying the 2.5 ohm bauway topcoils lately. Madvapes has them on sale if you'd like to check them out.

Another vote for the larger size ones. I don't know how you have the patience to refill the smaller ones. I need to refill a 1.8ml one at least twice a day. I wouldn't want to double that again because the carto is smaller.

I've never noticed a colour change in any of the liquid I put through my larger CE2's.

Good tip about the BD 3ml syringes. They do fit perfectly. It's a little hard to take them off again sometimes but you can just take them off and use them again when you need a new CE2.

Thanks for the answers folks.

I just got some BD 3 ML tubes a few days ago to try and i love them. For use on a regular size CE2 I can get 2 tubes out of each syringe. Love them, no leaks. no cracking and they fit tighter than the tubes that comes with them.

I'm thinking about the Fluxomiser brand because they say the wick it thicker, stronger and pre burned. My CE2's last between 3 weeks to a month each and when they die it's not because of the coil, it's the wick. The wick starts to burn off in strands close to the coil. I know people say these wicks don't burn and GotVapes make a big deal about pre burned wicks. I don't buy this stuff about pre burned wicks being something that will help the operation or longevity of the cartomizer.

I know when my wick burns through it's clearly burned. It has burned char on the end that burned through. These wicks defiantly burn through. I could make one carto last forever if I could only replace the wicks.

If you'd like to check it out, this thread is about making a new coil and using charred stainless for the wick. It looks like a lot of trouble but who am I to say if it's worth it or not. Take a look at post number 5 in this thread.

One of the things I plan on trying in the future is the 'bonuts' shown at the start of the thread. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/atomizer-mods/221377-stainless-steel-doughnuts-dripping.html

I'm selfish! If I say that I use nothing but fluxomizers, leaving my DCC's and attys behind, then you'll run over and buy all the fluxomizers, then I won't have any. But that's what happens.

I've thought about getting some of those wires and wicks they sell to rebuild the ato-miser rebuildable atty. If anyone out there has seen these kits, please fill in the blanks. I notice these refill kits come with wicks, and nichrome wires with hookup wires attached. Can these be used to rebuild CE2's? It's only 7.50 for one of these refill kits.

You can but the nichrome and wick would be cheaper from other sources.
Below shows the rebuilding process, he's replacing SS for the wick but same idea on rebuilding with either wick material.
The last couple of CE2s I used lasted me right at 4 months with periodic cleaning and the ones I'm using now are well on the way to that. At $2ish each I personally don't see the point of going to the trouble of doing it.

I use both and then some, most of my current stock are stainless sleeved:
Regular size on mini batteries. XL size on ego's and Darwin.
After using them a while I have a feeling for when they need to be filled.

Yes, if you don't mind having a longer PV, the XL size are worth it to me.
However, I do have some flavors I don't want to vape as long or as often. I like to load the short ones with those flavors and run them on a KR808D1 auto battery (via 808>510 adapter).

The Vision is my favorite carto 'out of the box' based on the CE2 concept bar none:
Capacity: 3.5ml
Flavor: Excellent
Throat hit: Moderate (compared to dripping a regular bog standard Joye 510 atomizer)
Durability: Very Good
Ease of Use: Excellent!
Coil Lifespan: Excellent!
Operational Cost: (For me it's averaged out to way less than a buck a day including the liquid: I vape on average 4ml a day that I buy in bulk or mix myself, so don't let the price of these fool you into thinking it's not a good value...they do last a good while).

Thanks folks. I have been researching The Vision Extreme and they look Really sweet. I also appreciate the links on the stainless steel wicks - sadly, I can braze with an oxygen acetylene torch till the cows come home but I'm no good with a soldering iron.

The Vision extremes say they use the fatter wicks that I like too so they might be better, but they won't be as good as stainless steel. If they made these with the stainless steel wicks, they would be Ultimate.

Yep! These are another "gotta try" item for me.
