Hi fellow vapers!

I've been vaping for about a month. So far, my experience has been very positive. I would never have imagined that I would have quit smoking cigs totally for a couple of weeks, then I went on vacation and decided to indulge in the real thing. A mistake. But, I've been home for about a week now, and am back to smoking 3 cigs a day. That's down from my usual 1 pack plus habit. So, not too bad at all. I hope to be cig free again shortly.
When I started vaping, I started with the Greensmoke unit. It did not function well for me, and I thought the cartomizers tasted really raunchy. I could have given up completely at that point, but I was on a mission!:D So, I bought a Joye 510. I like it, it functions well, but the batteries don't last long at all. So now, I am waiting for some Tornado batts, and expect them to be much better. Now....for the liquid. I've been vaping all kinds of stuff. This is actually becoming my new hobby!:D But it is getting expensive, and I have not found my perfect vape!!!!:( I've tried all sorts of yummy stuff that really is very tasty. Problem is.... I don't want to smoke desert! I'd rather eat cheesecake and cinnamon rolls! I am looking for a liquid that accurately mimics a smoke! I am waiting for a bottle of Tasty Vapors Tobacco Menthol and am hoping that it will be the right stuff for me. Your ideas and suggestions are welcome!

Thanx!

good luck trying to mimic a cigarette... personally, I don't think it can be done since you're not setting anything on fire. I remember the first cigarette I ever had was in 3rd grade. some girl stole it from her mom's purse, it was a tareyton and it tasted like honey to me. No cigarette since then has tasted like that but the e-cig has come the closest. I have a feeling that if I keep enjoying it the way that I do, I will probably never enjoy a real smoke again-I bet if I tried one they wouldn't meet with my new expectations for flavor and TH. Honestly, I'm scared to try it anyway. I hope you find your happy place with vaping. you know, I think I saw a thread where someone was talking about adding smoke flavor or something (they use smoke flavor in cooking sometimes) maybe you can find that thread -perhaps in the juice sub-forum?

It is fun to try new flavors, but yes, it can get expensive.
I'm with you on the 'dessert/candy' vapes; they just make me hungry ! After trying lots of different juices from different vendors, I've finally found a couple of nice tobacco flavors that I can vape all day. None of them taste exactly like an analog though, so you might need to adjust your expectations on that a little bit. Lots of people here really like the TV flavors, so hopefully you will be pleased with your choice.
